From competitors’ research to Twitter profile searches, this tool is definitely on my daily go-to list for just about any digital marketing task. Keep an eye on important metrics like retweet rate and reply ratio to get a good idea if your chosen influencers tend to talk back to their audience or if they are just broadcasting.
